Ned Of The Hill

RIMG0008.JPG

Another demo recording for one of my guitar classes. There are many lengthy versions of his story but all agree that Edmund O’Ryan (1670-1724) was an Irish man of means disposessed of his wealth. This song deals only with a more hopeful episode in his life when he freed his truelove Eileen from her father’s castle and they set out together to begin a new life.
