I Want To Sing In Opera

A 1910 music hall gem with words & music by Worton David & George Arthurs, slightly tickled to suit a male. Our young and trusting magpie, who keeps his vocal ambitions to himself, is a regular and close visitor while he’s growing some new feathers.

On the subject of bird life, we have two dunnocks in our garden without tails. I wonder if it’s a family trait or a lucky escape from one of the local cats.
